**What You Will Be Doing**
The RAPPS Client Services Team ensures the effective functioning of our reception areas, provides administrative support to the Subacute clinics and RAPPS clinicians. The Client Services position facilitates effective communication between the clients and RAPPS staff and provides a positive community profile for RAPPS programs.
- Manage client appointments using patient management systems
- Provide administrative assistance to RAPPS clinicians, specialist clinics, and groups as required.
- Participate in all administrative aspects of client medical records including iPM and the digital medical records scanning processes
**What You Need**
We anticipate you will have:
- Experience in providing administrative support to a wide range of clinicians
- An ability to learn new tasks and systems quickly.
- Experience in working with client databases.
- An ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion in all aspects of the role
