As a remote based role, you would work from your home office with travel to our various offices/facilities in Tamworth, Gunnedah, Guyra, Inverell and from time-to-time QLD. Our remote working systems provide superior connections with professionals working across NSW, QLD & VIC. We even have Newcastle employees, so face-to-face interactions is not uncommon. This is a role, where you will not be alone.

**About the Role**

McLean Care are looking for a highly motivated person to join their recruitment team for a fixed term of 12 months, with view to extension.

**What will you be doing?**:

- Managing your portfolio, you will advertise, screening, interview and support talent acquisition deliverables.
- Maintaining accurate records within e-Recruitment platform (Express).
- Build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment within a high performing and supportive team

**About You**:

- Previous recruitment experience minimum two (2) years'
- Demonstrated knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and selection process
- Excellent interpersonal skills, you love people right?
- Demonstrated Ad Writing skills and knowledge of attraction strategies across various mediums
- Demonstrated self-motivator, you work well in a team and get things done independently
- You are a confident, positive and can-do attitude 'professional' in the world of Talent

**The salary package on offer is $75,000, PLUS super and additional benefits including**:
