- Key Responsibilities:
- Planning in jobs from NSA requirements weekly
- Planning in jobs from Stock Management and forecasting for the future
- Scheduling shifts and workers to provide proper coverage
- Ordering of items from Min Report weekly
- Ordering of items from NSA Report weekly
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Month end reporting
- Batch costs and costing of individual inventory items
- Parts cost analysis

Key Requirements:

- To be considered for this role, you should demonstrate the following skills and experiences:
- Proven experience in planning and analysis
- Demonstrated ability to define and carry out project plans.
- Strong analytical skills
- Computer literacy in word, outlook, excel, Info Board & power point
- Must excel in a fast paced, agile environment where critical thinking, strong technical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are required for success
- Innovative thinker who is positive, proactive and ready to embrace change
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Excellent internal and external report writing skills, with high level of attention to detail
