We are searching for a Nursery Room Leader to join our client's exceeding-rated boutique 39-place early learning service in Willoughby.

The centre is designed to provide a warm and family orientated environment promoting child development in a fun and educational manner, helping to prepare children for their further schooling years.

The service is passionate about the natural environment and environmental education is integrated throughout the daily program. Children are encouraged to develop an understanding of sustainability and recycling by exploring the natural world around them and to make conscious decisions.

The spacious indoor/outdoor play spaces have been architecturally designed to suit the needs of all children from the ages of 6 weeks to school age. This is a place where Educators take pride in delivering excellence in programming.

**About you**:

- Must hold a Diploma or studying towards Bachelor
- A current Working with Children Check, child protection & first aid.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- An understanding of the child-safe standards
- Strong communication skills.
- Passionate in achieving the best quality of education and care with educators and the community for children and families.
- Bright, friendly and energetic

**Salary**: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Willoughby NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
