**The Opportunity**:
Our team is growing and we are currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Payroll Officer to join our supportive and friendly team. You will enjoy the variety of this fast-paced role, assisting the payroll team in the processing of multi-client payrolls for our labour hire division. Starting immediately, the role is full-time Monday to Friday.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Processing weekly payroll for a portfolio of clients
- Processing any adhoc payrolls
- Uploading and exporting timesheets
- Ensuring timesheet information is accurate
- Manage daily work allocation to deadlines
- Daily management of payroll inbox queries
- Reconciling and preparing invoices to our clients
- Answering and resolving payroll queries
- Timely investigation and resolution of all customer queries.
- General Administration duties as required

**Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in end-to-end payroll within a medium/large sized payroll environment
- Knowledge of relevant employment and tax legislation
- Process, task, and completion orientated
- Proactive and “can do” attitude
- Excellent Time Management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service focus
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Skills
- Previous D-Bit Payroll experience (desirable but not essential)
