Be. Recruitment is currently seeking a Clinician for a specialist Adolescent Mental Health Program in the Sydney region.

This team aims to reduce the impact of psychosis through psychosocial

rehabilitation.

The Clinician engages with and supports young people in their psychosocial recovery through involvement with a variety of interventions, revolving around but working beyond group and psychosocial programming. This role works collaboratively with young people, their families and wider support networks, including educational, vocational or other relevant community and social services. The Clinicians carry a small clinical caseload and coordinate psychosocial interventions tailored to meet the individual needs of young people referred to the service.

**Duties**:

- Work and support a multidisciplinary team (social workers, psychologists, occupational therapists) to deliver therapeutic interventions
- Build key working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders such as Social Workers, Psychologist, GPs and other Allied Health professionals
- Experience working with CALD communities
- Fantastic interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Maintain clear and precise case notes
- Demonstrated understanding of recovery principles
- Work collaboratively in a team

**Skills and experience required**:

- Minimum of 1 years experience in a Social Work role, ideally in a community mental health program
- Degree qualification in Social Work or Occupational Therapy with relevant members of the respective professional body
- Current NSW driver's license is essential
- NSW Working With Children Check
