**This opportunity offers a Permanent Part-Time 3 days per week.**

**About the Role**

As a **Service Manager**, you'll be at the helm of operational, financial, and strategic aspects of our contracted services, with a dedicated focus on **New ROADS**. Your strong leadership will not only drive programs but also provide an empowering platform for potential leaders within the team.

**New ROADS** (Residential and Out-Client Alcohol and Drug Service) offers a range of services, including residential rehabilitation and counselling. Treatment options are designed to assist with physical and mental health, as well as connections to the community.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Implement operational management in alignment with funding agreements and service contracts.
- Establish and maintain tracking systems for KPIs and quality standards, ensuring accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to Uniting Communities' strategic goals.
- Provide regular supervision and professional development opportunities for staff.

**About You**
- Hold a relevant tertiary qualification, such as Social Work, Psychology, Social Science or another relevant field
- Have experience in management and leadership in the Community Services or a similar sector
- Outstanding relationship-building skills to foster essential networks
- Have experience designing and implementing change within services
- Experience in proactively developing purposeful networks and relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Strong understanding of quality systems, risk management, and performance improvement.
- Passion for community engagement and driving positive social impact.
