**About the Role**

Monash Health's Health, Safety and Wellbeing Team is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Systems Analyst to join the Safety Systems Team. The Systems Analyst will manage, collect, analyse and report on data to assist the team and Monash Health with its commitment to providing a safe and healthy workplace. The Analyst will utilise their strong technical skills and experience to drive improvements to the OHS management system and work closely with the other Health, Safety and Wellbeing teams to drive projects to reduce OHS risk. With well developed communication skills the Analyst will empower our people and continuously strengthen a positive safety culture.

**About You**:

- Experience in data analysis, insights and reporting
- Experience with Power BI and Sequel
- Experience with incident and injury management systems
- Ability to work in a team environment and positively contribute to the wider team
- Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety or 2 years experience
- Logical and practical thinking with effective problem solving skills
- High motivation and results-oriented and proactive
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in maintenance of OHS Management Systems
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience in development and maintenance of websites

**Responsibilities**

As an essential member of the Systems Team and the Health Safety and Wellbeing Team you will be responsible for undertaking detailed analysis of data to identify trends and provide insights and recommendations for areas requiring further investigation or prioritisation of initiatives. Other responsibilities include:

- Management of hazard, incident and workplace inspection data
- Assist with the maintenance of the OHS Management Systems
- Data analysis and insights
- Management and maintenance of the internal Health Safety and Wellbeing intranet page
- Development of the OHS Management System
- Board and Executive reporting
