- Develop and deliver learning and development programs, organisational development (OD) projects and initiatives to support a diverse, capable, flexible and engaged workforce.
- Work closely with the Director, HR and Senior Leaders to develop, drive and facilitate a suite of fit for purpose programs that enhance employee engagement, performance and capability development through:

- Bespoke training programs, courses and events
- Professional development opportunities
- Coaching, mentoring and job shadowing
- Manage the TIQ Learning Management System, ELMO including creating content, monitoring online compliance modules and providing regular reports and analysis.
- Manage the annual Working for Queensland survey in TIQ including preparation, coordination, communication strategy, data analysis, developing action plans and running workshops for domestic and international stakeholders, in person and virtually, to communicate results.
- Provide induction training and enhance employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Provide advice and support, and act as the coordinating point for learning and development opportunities, including managing the OD budget and procurement processes.
- Support the implementation of performance development agreements, including providing information sessions to leaders and employees.
- Manage and maintain a fit-for-purpose intranet space to promote OD initiatives.
- Develop internal communication from OD to the business by drafting content and distributing in collaboration with the Strategy, Engagement and Communications team.
- Chair and manage the bi-monthly Employee Consultative Committee and participate in relevant communities of practice.
- Work as a member of a small team of human resources professionals to provide support to the Office.
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Use effective methodology and regular status reporting to ensure projects or initiatives are delivered on time, on budget and achieve key outcomes for the organisation.
