**About the Company**

Happy Haven OSHC is a locally owned and operated company that provides high-quality Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) programs on school sites across South Australia. Their team of experienced professionals are dedicated to creating a fun and engaging environment where children can thrive.

**About the Role**

As the Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to families of Happy Haven OSHC in processes such as payments, bookings and family specific queries.

In this role you will be responsible for all administrative and operational requirements of the vacation care program. You will also be responsible for building relationships with the Service Directors and working with them to ensure successful inclusion of all children.

**Duties**
- Respond to a range of customer calls of various natures and provide timely responses and updates
- Establish and maintain relationships with families and customers of the business
- Plan activities and excursions for the vacation care program
- Assist Services Directors with the inclusion of all children within the OSHC program
- Support the wider Service Support Team with additional time sensitive tasks

**Skills & Experience**
- Excellent phone manner
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to provide sensitive, supportive, and professional assistance to employees and customers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Desirable: 1-year experience in the Early Childhood Education sector
- Current or willing to obtain Working with Children's Check
- Current or willing to obtain RRHAN-EC (Responding to Abuse and Neglect - Education and Care) training
