**What you will do**

The Maintenance Coordinator works as a key member of the Infrastructure and Facilities team, assisting to coordinate maintenance works across Minda sites and properties. If successful you will:

- Ensure reactive and planned maintenance activities are prioritised and coordinated.
- Coordinate timely responses to emergency break downs, including make safe and repair works.
- Coordinate end of lease repairs and minor works projects and perform minor property repairs or modifications within your skillset.
- Communicate maintenance activities and interruptions to services for planned maintenance.
- Coordinate, engage and work with tradespeople for major and/ or specialised projects.
- Carry out Condition Audits and collect asset data for residential properties.
- Complete required documentation and provide regular reporting as required.

**What you need for Success**
- Ability to assess and coordinate maintenance works, and hands on minor repairs experience.
- Experience in the safe handling of building trade tools and equipment.
- Sound verbal and written communications skills, with ability to communicate at all levels.
- Proficiency in IT systems including asset management software for work order management.
- Self-motivated, strong initiative and high level organisational and time management skills.
- A commitment to quality customer service and an integrated team approach.

**Desirable**:

- Experience working in the disability sector or similar
- Senior First Aid Certificate

**Other**:

- NDIS Workers Screening and Working with Children’s Check.
- Current unrestricted South Australian Driver’s Licence.
