**The Role**

The role of the Digital team is to work closely alongside the client team to ensure campaigns are executed, amplified and optimised with an effective, efficient and future facing approach that positively provokes growth.

The Digital Executive supports the team delivering gold standard best practices across social channels. They will build trusted and influential relationships with platform and agency partners. The Executive ensures media is implemented according to the detailed media plan. They will own delivery of campaigns including optimisation and Post Campaign Analysis.

**Core responsibilities**:
At Wavemaker we classify role responsibility across four key areas.

People
- Responsible for in-campaign performance, ensuring best practices applied from the outset for best-in-class delivery
- Openly communicate and collaborate with all internal Key Stakeholders regularly
- Has knowledge and understanding of the wider agency structure, knowing when to tap into resource outside of the Digital team to collaborate effectively
- Attend internal client team WIPs and can effectively update on matters relating to Social
- Possesses analytical and time management skills
- Actively seeks and responds to feedback from line manager and other team members

Clients
- Help build on the agency's reputation for outstanding client service. Ensure delivery against client expectations every time
- Establish an understanding of client challenges, objectives & initiatives.
- Builds relationships with platform partners and ensure an understanding about their offerings and relevance to our clients
- Engage with our WM product teams and GroupM proprietary product and service teams to ensure you have an understanding about their offerings and relevance to our clients
- Seizes the opportunity to work directly with clients, building relationships and demonstrating importance of specialist knowledge

Product
- Responsible for ensuring all social bookings and campaign implementation process followed by 100% accuracy
- Engages in and seeks out all offered training and should be working towards certification in relevant platforms
- Demonstrates curiosity and critical thinking with an ability to positively provoke
- Ensures all reporting is clear, jargon-free and insightful for clients
- Responsible for assisting/ coordinating weekly tracking/ reporting of campaign performance alongside internal team/other channels

Growth & Marketing
- Responsible for ensuring all financial and compliance processes are followed with 100% accuracy
- Ensures all buying is correct as per media plans with no overspend and flags issue in good time

**Person Specification**:

- Passion for Social media
- Attention to detail and willingness to take responsibility
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Problem solving mentality and ability to prioritise
- Curiosity and desire to learn
- Media agency experience and digital certifications highly regarded but not mandatory
- Preference for experience in Meta, Snapchat and TikTok Ads Manager
