**Job Description - Part-Time Receptionist / Admin Assistant (Psychology Private Practice)**

**Role Overview**:
This is a **part-time role requiring a minimum of 2 days a week up to 3 days**, with the potential to transition to a full-time role.

**This role would greatly suit a psychology student or anyone seeking part-time work with admin experience.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
The role includes various **administration tasks / key duties**:

- Ability to greet clients and manage bookings and appointments.
- Creating new client files and checking accurate data entry.
- Complete payments and invoices for clients
- Account and invoice management including: Medicare, private health and NDIS processing and reconciliation.
- General office admin and clerical tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and tidying clinic space.
- Excellent communication skills, including a professional and personable telephone manner
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and flexible
- Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
- A positive, highly organised and pro-active attitude.
- Experience with using Halaxy high desirable
- Experience in billing of Medicare, NDIS and Private Health highly desirable.
