**Lotus Dining is hiring a Roaming Team Leader**

Lotus Dining Group is rapidly expanding and looking for career minded people to join the team. We are currently searching for an experienced and vivacious Team Leader for our Dumpling Bar venues in Circular Quay and Walsh Bay.

Lotus Dumpling Bar Circular Quay is located in the prestigious Quay Quarter Tower. A hop and a skip from the iconic Circular Quay and world-famous Opera House. Lotus Dumpling Bar Walsh Bay is situated in one of Sydney's cultural gems, offering stunning views of the iconic Harbour Bridge within a historical precinct.

This hands-on position is perfect for individuals passionate about creating unforgettable dining experiences. Your role will involve guiding our teams in Dumpling Bar Circular Quay and Dumpling Bar Walsh Bay to deliver exceptional service and maintain our commitment to culinary excellence. You really must be on top of your game, quick on your feet, have sound product knowledge and have honed your hospitality skills over some years. If you thrive in dynamic service environments, then we're the perfect fit for you.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a team leader in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Have the ability to effectively manage the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Can create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service and ensure all staff engage guests to understand their needs and exceed expectations
- Follow restaurant policies and procedures, including those for cash handing and safety/security
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings

**Salary**: $61,425.00 per year
