**About the Role**

Reporting to the Marketing Specialist, the Social Media & Content Coordinator will be responsible for delivering best-practice social media marketing across social channels for Carpet Court Australia.

This role is crucial to the business as the activities directly support growing the company’s online footprint. Under the guidance of the Marketing Specialist, we’re looking for someone to own content in the digital space through monitoring social media accounts, creating and publishing compelling content, analysing performance metrics, and assisting with influencer marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Strategy and Planning**
- Collaborate with the wider Marketing team to produce visually appealing and shareable content
- Develop and maintain social media strategies to achieve marketing goals and increase brand visibility
- Create content calendars and scheduling plans for various social media platforms
- Trend monitoring: staying updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, best practices to adapt strategies and capitalise on emerging opportunities

**Content Creation and Management**
- Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including copy, images, and videos - maintaining a varied mix of content types
- Manage Carpet Court’s brand voice and visual identity across social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok)

**Community Engagement and Audience Growth**
- Community Management: monitor and moderate user-generated content and respond to comments, messages, and enquiries in a timely manner (no longer than 48 hours)
- Implement strategies to increase followers, likes, views, shares and user engagement

**Campaign Performance Tracking**
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, views, click-through rates
- Generate monthly reports and insights on social media campaign performance
- Identify areas of improvement and provide actionable recommendations for optimisations

**Collaboration and Communication**
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader marketing strategies and campaigns
- Work closely with the external agencies and internal CCA Marketing Department to deliver on projects
- Influencer Collaborations: Assessment of opportunities against matrix, content ideas, brief writing, establishing ROI, negotiation deliverables, editing collaborator content, monitoring outcomes and deliverables
- Brand Ambassadors: Generating content ideas, brief writing, editing ambassador content, input for social media shoots, liaising with talent managers, monitoring time allowances
- Developing and implementing social media competitions

**Drive Company Process**
- Ensure marketing activities are completed in line with Carpet Court Australia procedures and standards
- Self-manage and juggle competing priorities with adherence to deadlines
- Adhere and be compliant with Carpet Court Australia policies and procedures, including operating standards and ensuring established processes are maintained
- Actions and conduct are in line with Carpet Court’s stated, Purpose, Mission and Values and adherence to the overall company strategy and plan

**Skills and Experience**
- A minimum of 2-3 years previous experience in a Social Media Coordinator, Marketing Content Coordinator or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Experience in briefing and managing multiple campaigns
- Strong project coordination and management capabilities
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders
- High attention to detail ensuring that your work is delivered to a high calibre
- Intermediate skills across Microsoft suite as a minimum
- Experience with social media management platforms
