**About the role**

We are looking for an experienced rostering officer/scheduler to join our growing team.

This is a 6-month contract role. You will be working full-time from your home preferably based in Sydney.

In this role, you will be responsible for assigning shifts to casual staff based on clients' shift requirements. You will also be involved in recruiting support workers and nurses.

**About us**

We are a healthcare employment agency based in Sydney. We work with disability service providers, aged cares and hospitals across Sydney and support them with their staffing needs for personal care workers and nurses.

Since our inception in Nov 2021, we are rapidly growing and the client base is constantly increasing.

**About you**
- You must have experience working in a similar role.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferable.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related discipline.
- A never give up attitude and attention to details.
- Strong communication skills.
