Their friendly and supportive credit team are seeking a motivated and dedicated Credit Claims Officer to join the team on a permanent basis.

**The Job...**
Reporting through to the National Credit Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

- Managing a ledger of commercial accounts
- Daily banking and allocations of client payments
- Reconciliation of major accounts
- Investigating and processing claims and rebates
- Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders to solve queries

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:

- A passionate, energetic Credit Officer with a passion for working with large complex major accounts
- Solid reconciliation and allocation skills
- Credit claims experience a distinct bonus
- A naturally curious approach with the ability to build strong internal and external client relationships
- Excellent attention to detail
- System savvy, experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 a benefit but not essential as training will be provided
