We promote an inclusive approach to student learning, and provide opportunities tailored to individual differences. We are looking for an Administration Officer to join our Diverse Learning Team. In this role, you will use your exceptional organisational skills to provide administrative support to the team and support our students.

About the role

Manage the collection of evidence for the NCCD (Nationally Consistent Collection of Data)

Coordinate student assessments and exams including timetabling, setting up exam rooms, collecting exams and communicating with staff

Manage student data including student learning plans and report outcomes

Assist with morning and afternoon duties, supervising students as they enter and leave school grounds

Organise the rooming and student’s allocations for external therapists

Coordinate parent interviews

Assist in the organisation of disability provisions for NESA

Supervise small groups of students in the Diverse Learning Centre

About you

You relish providing support and have an excellent customer service focus. You’re a strong communicator and take pride in the presentation and quality of your work. As well as having amazing organisational skills, you are a team-player and act with integrity and professionalism.
