At Project Wine, we are a small company with our head office based in Kent Town and a winery located in Langhorne Creek. Our winery provides Grape Processing, Winemaking and Storage services and supplies wine domestically and internationally. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is a lateral thinker and natural problem solver to join the South Australian wine industry.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is a part-time role working 25 hours over a 4 day working week based in our Kent Town office.

**Key responsibilities include**:
Be responsible for the accurate valuation of bulk wine inventory;
Take ownership of bulk wine costings through accuracy and timely data entry;
Be alert to changes in raw material prices through variance analysis;
General Journal entries and monthly stock reconciliations;
Assist in the preparation of monthly reports;
Raising and receipting of purchase orders; and
General administration and other duties as required.

This role is suited to an individual who enjoys working with numbers, has a willingness to learn and expand on their financial skills and experience.

**About you**:
A lateral and analytical thinker, with high attention to detail;
Intermediate Excel skills and experience in working with large volumes of data;
Excellent written and oral communication skills;
Flexible with changing priorities and work demands, and adaptable with an ability to take initiative identifying new approaches and solutions;
Highly organised and methodical;
Experience in a financial administration role or similar; and
An interest in the wine industry will be looked upon favorably.
