**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the International Master Franchisee Manager, the International Operations & Market Development Manager will be required to provide in-store operational and market development support to RFGs International Master Franchisees and their key stakeholders. They will be required to regularly review and assist with increasing each territories top line sales, customer count and exploring brand-approved opportunities for growth and expansion.

**Key Accountabilities (not limited to)**:

- To work closely with the International Master Franchisee Manager and wider RFG International team on enhancing brand awareness, product and campaign compliance and operational alignment for each RFG International brand and territory.
- To identify key operational issues and assist Master Franchisees with increasing the overall profitability of their brand and territory.
- Work with Master Franchisees on developing and adhering to their short, medium, and long-term Business Development Plans for their territories.
- Conduct comprehensive market research on each territory to identify trends, the competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth.
- Define clear growth KPIs, milestones and store number targets for each Master Franchisee to measure progress and evaluate success.
- To work alongside the International Master Franchisee Manager on evaluating the feasibility and profitability of entering new territories and launching new products/ services.
- To ensure Master Franchisees adhere to each brand’s store standards (such as visual merchandising, stock control, stock weight, shelf life, POS/ LAM and retail selling standards etc.) and operational procedures.
- Work with International Training & Market Launch Manager to develop tools and training materials that can assist Master Franchisees with driving growth through in-store operations and coffee excellence.
- Confidently host and facilitate webinars or Operations Workshops, when required.
- To share the best practice of other territories with Master Franchisees.
- Act as a facilitator for Master Franchisees with the wider RFG Support Office team.
- Undertake any reasonable tasks or ad hoc duties as required by the International Master Franchisee Manager, Head of Brand Operations or RFG Executive Team, as required.

**Individual Attributes**
- A tertiary qualification in Business, International Business, Accounting, Management (or equivalent), would be beneficial.
- Certificate III in Retail Operations, Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or Certificate III in Hospitality (SITHFAB005) or significant practical experience in the coffee, café, food and beverage, retail, or hospitality industry, desirable.
- Must hold a current valid driver’s license, passport and is up to date with relevant international immunisations.
- Ability to travel (interstate or internationally) for extensive periods, as required.
- An understanding of how in-store processes and systems drive profitability, particularly in the areas of cost of goods and labour costs in small businesses.
- Strong understanding of global markets, business trends, and cultural nuances.
- Advanced Microsoft Suite capabilities.
- Highly motivated with the ability to problem solve and work autonomously.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptionally detail-orientated and organised. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with a sense of urgency.
