Your focus as a Credit/Collections Officer will be to provide key support on the management of debtors:

- Effectively manage ageing debtors in line with expected outcomes
- Identify customer collection issues and disputes, and escalate efficiently if required
- Manage incoming customer queries in a timely manner

**Your Skills**:

- You will bring experience from a high-volume collections role, be motivated to carry out your duties to a consistent high standard and assess how existing processes can be improved
- Previous experience in a medium-large sized company and the use of an ERP system is desirable
- You will be organised, persistent and able to build strong working relationships with customers and colleagues
