**All Aspects Recruitment & HR Services are currently seeking an Accounts Administrator for a part time role working approx. 20 - 25 hours per week Monday - Friday.**

***
**Duties include -**
- **Prepare monthly work in process reports**
***:

- **Update backlog**
***:

- **Updating and maintenance of simPRO and MYOB systems**
***:

- **Processing of receipts and cash**
***:

- **Manage and process superannuation**
***:

- **Customer service of clients**
***:

- **Prepare and process monthly payables**
***:

- **Payables and receivables reconciliation**
***:

- **Receivables analysis**
***:

- **Monitor and claim retentions**
***:

- **Prepare and process payroll**
***:

- **Assisting with customer invoicing when required**
***:

- **Attending to insurance claims and maintenance of insurance policies**
***

***
**Requirements -**
- **Experience in using MYOB**
***:

- **Minimum 1 year experience in finance**
***:

- **Competent in the use of Microsoft Office**
***
