**Key Responsibilities**:

- Acting as PA for 2 heads of departments, looking after their diary, answering calls and general inquiries. This role is based in the executive reception area
- Handle diary responsibilities, including booking restaurants, travel arrangements, ordering taxis, and arranging couriers.
- Organise internal social events and client entertaining, showcasing your excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Interact directly with clients, requiring a polished phone manner and impeccable presentation.
- Assist colleagues in working more efficiently by putting together itineraries, alerting team members about impending deadlines, and preparing documents for meetings.
- Undertake some office management tasks, such as ordering stationery, managing monthly expenses and keeping the general area tidy

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in an office admin position.
- Demonstrate a collaborative and team-oriented approach, as the role involves working closely with diverse team members.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and show a willingness to get involved in various aspects of the business.
- Handle multiple demands from different people with confidence, prioritising tasks efficiently.
- Possess a strong work ethic, displaying common sense and excellent communication and people skills.
- Work autonomously, using initiative while being receptive to direction and learning from directors, managers, and colleagues.
