ABOUT THE ROLE
The Campus Support - Prep Music at The King's School Preparatory School is responsible to the Head of the Prep School and the Office Manager in the exercise of their duties. The successful incumbent will liaise with the Head of Music and relevant staff including visiting music teachers in order to facilitate good communication and the efficient running of the Music functions at the Prep School.
Please note, this is a permanent part time opportunity commencing January 2023. This role works during School Term time only.

To be successful for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate how you meet the following:

- Proven executive administrative support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work professionally with parents, staff, students and external stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously and with initiative based on limited instruction
- Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Office products Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong problem solving capability - a solutions finder
- Exemplary planning and time management skills including the ability to prioritise and multi task
