**The Company**:
This exceptional full-service Events Agency are the leaders in providing creative solutions and delivery on end-to-end experiences domestically and internationally. They have a diverse range of clients from medical to fashion and everything in between. They are looking for an experienced Association Producer to join their growing team.

**Position Terms**:

- Full-Time Permanent Role
- 2-3 days in office located in North Sydney, WFH available remaining days
- Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 plus super

**The Role**:
The Associate Producer role will report to the Head of Operations - Events. The Associate Producer will be responsible for supporting the Events Production team with logístical and operational aspects of major events for a wide range of clients.

Key Responsibilities include;
- Assisting the team to manage events ranging from live events, hybrid and virtual events, industry events, partner events, tradeshows, conferences, incentives, seminars, advisory board meetings and speaker engagement events
- Support the Event Producers and Digital Producer with the planning and implementation of all production aspects of each event
- Support the production team to ensure event creative and branding, client goals and objectives, vision and mission statements of each event are met
- Financial support to the production team ensuring supplier and partner quotes and proposals are in line with allocated budgets
- Provide on site support to the production team in all audio visual areas including the Audio Visual and photographic aspects of the event
- Support the Event Managers as required
- Assist with overseeing and managing third party agencies if they are required on event
- Assist with creating and managing graphic assets as required
- Support with event registrations, event timelines, run sheets, event briefs, and executing project deliverables
- Support the delivery of events
- Experience producing aspects of large scale events
- Hands on Associate Producer, both pre-event and onsite
- Excel in event logistics and event operations
- Knowledge on registration platforms and data management
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and an understanding of social media
- Experience working on a wide variety of in-person, virtual and hybrid events, including industry events, partner events, trade shows, conferences, incentives, seminars, advisory board meetings and speaker engagement events
- Ability to develop great relationships with event suppliers and an understanding of event supplier requirements on event
- Experience managing and working with large budgets
- Software experience that would be highly desirable: CAD Software, Adobe Creative Suite, EventsAIR and/or Aventri, and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Professional Video and Photography Camera Equipment is highly desirable
- Ability to work from the office 2-3 days a week in North Sydney
- Ability to travel for events when required, both domestically and internationally
