**Your new company**
This leading organisation is one of Australia’s largest specialist consulting groups. They are based in Collingwood, and they are looking for an experienced a finance and operation officer to join their friendly, supportive team. They are a values driven organisation, who prides themselves on doing the right thing for their employees, their clients, and their community.
**Your new role**
As a finance and operations officer, you will be responsible for a range of financial and operational services within the organisation and wider team. Reporting to the operations executive, this newly created role will be part-time and involve:
- Bookkeeping
- Assisting the operations executive to prepare monthly payroll
- Provide support to the client services team
- Maintain date integrity
- Project support
- Amongst other duties
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be successful in this role you will need:
- Experience in a similar position
- A Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping (or similar qualification)
- Experience using Xero
- Excel skills (Intermediate-Advanced)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- To be an adaptable, team player with a positive attitude
**What you'll get in return**

- A salary of $70,000-$75,000+ super (pro-rata)
