**Who are we looking for?
**We’re looking for a **FP&A Analyst **to join our **Group Finance **team.

**In this diverse role you will**:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and bi-annual management reports and presentations to communicate financial performance, key metrics, and actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels.
- Routine and ad hoc financial analysis that will help support operational and strategic decision making.
- Source and maintain a set of external and internal benchmarking data.
- Prepare robust financial models as required to support special projects and strategic initiatives.
- Assist the FP&A Manager to ensure the financial Budgeting and Forecasting requirements are successfully completed.
- Support the FP&A Manager with system and reporting structure ad hoc requirements.
- Help the FP&A Manager with the creating of proof of concepts on reporting and dashboard enhancements.
- Work with Finance Analytics team to build and maintain new system solutions to support business financial planning needs.
- Business partnering with Enterprise wide finance community on an as need basis.

**What would you bring to the team?**
- PQ CA/CPA with a relevant tertiary qualification as well some expereince gained from working in an analytical or FP&A role
- Proven budgeting, forecasting, modelling, and reporting skills.
- Proven ability to provide meaningful and relevant analysis that supports decision making and the ability to translate operational decisions into timely impact reporting.
- A self starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills
- Detail-focused and organised with the proven capacity to take on and deliver on multiple and varied projects and competing deadlines.
- Previous experience in BI reporting tool such as TM1 (IBM Planning Analytics) or Calumo favourable

**Work schedule: Monday to Friday / 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
