**Omnia **is an elevated and elegant bistro and bar located at the base of Capitol Grand in South Yarra, one of the most iconic corners in Melbourne.

**THE ROLE**

We are searching for the best of the best that can take the reins and comfortably guide our guests through the Omnia experience.

Knowing our product is paramount and you will learn more with every service.

Understanding how we source produce and ingredients is key in helping tell guests a compelling story.

The position will require flexibility and availability for weekend work as well as a combination of day and night shifts.

Members of the Omnia team are genuinely hospitable, have a broad restaurant skill set and industry awareness and are self-motivated and goal driven.

**THE MUST HAVES**
- Valid Victorian RSA
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent presentation
- Pressure management mind set
- Ability to multitask
- Outstanding leadership skills and attention to detail
