- Previous experience in a similar casual fine dining venue or restaurant.
- Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
- A naturally hospitable professional looking to take the next step in their career.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Understanding of sequence of service.
- Valid RSA.
