Set to open in spring, Batard is 2024's most anticipated restaurant. Spanning four levels of restaurants, bars and more, this destination will capture the magic of Paris in a uniquely Melbourne way.

About LUCAS Restaurants:
Home to Australia’s most beloved and acclaimed restaurants, including Chin Chin Melbourne and Sydney, Kisumé, Society, Yakimono, Grill Americano, Baby Pizza, Hawker Hall, Tombo Den and our newly opened venue, Carlotta. Australian in our approach and unbound by dining traditions, creating venues and experiences to be shared with others.
 
About the Opportunity:
Full-time and casual positions are available for Experienced Waitstaff and Runners. Be part of Melbourne’s most anticipated restaurant. Join a team dedicated to excellence and deliver unforgettable experiences for our guests.
 
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

  • Experience as a Waitstaff or Runner in a premium venue
  • Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication
  • Can 3-plate carry is highly regarded
  • Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
  • Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively
  • Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
  • Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Availability to work a rotating roster including opening and closing shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • A valid RSA certificate
