**Assistant Stock and Systems Manager**:

**An eStore is not a Customer Fulfilment Centre nor a traditional customer-facing Supermarket. It mixes a traditional supermarket with technology to operate a 24/7 model. It brings an opportunity to work with cutting edge automation and building out what the future of online could look like.
**The eStore will be capable of delivering increased capacity as well as increased availability to support the ever-growing customer need in the area.
**The new technology will increase productivity by reducing the need for team members to walk up and down aisles whilst still allowing our customer orders to be handpicked. Medium to fast-moving lines will be housed in an extended back of house area to enable picking efficiency and faster delivery.

**As the Assistant Stock & Systems Manager, your key responsibilities will be to support the Stock & Systems Manager in leading their department.
**This role will focus on assisting the Stock & Systems Manager to:
- **Support the on-going eCom operations through the proactive and effective management of stock and equipment and systems maintenance**
- **Manage optimisation, accuracy, and efficiency of the automation including all inventory accuracy, slotting space, equipment and system maintenance**
- **Coach, support, and lead the Stock & Systems team to deliver a differentiated offer to our online customers through a team that advocates for our business**
