Your part in the ongoing success of our business in supporting key frontline services in The Platinum Services directorate will see you responsible for a variety of work.

**Key Accountabilities will include**:
Manage significant, complex and varied technical communications projects, including performing planning, user requirements analysis, specification, resource analysis, documentation, offer processing, implementation and commissioning activities in conjunction with established guidelines.
Liaise with and supervise allocated CIDC technical staff and contractors involved in the implementation of project work packages.
Prepare and maintain project budget estimates, assets, expenditure record control, project submissions, technical plans and specifications in support of service delivery of Frontline Communications Systems.
Provide a proactive approach to project coordination, system development, management reporting, schedule monitoring and process improvement; and undertake other technical coordination duties as directed by Management.
Develop, coordinate and implement technical system training specifications and documentation, including the provision of training for operational and technical staff in conjunction with operational training officers
