**About the role**:
We are currently seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our Infrastructure, Asset Management team. This role will be based in Melbourne and is a unique and varied opportunity reporting through to the Senior Advisor - Asset Management (People, Culture & Operations Leader).

This role will work hand in hand with the Senior Advisor and is responsible for responding to requests for guidance and information relating to portfolio asset management pertaining to people, culture & operational matters adding value to the Infrastructure team’s capability and achievement of business objectives.

The successful applicant will be flexible, have a desire to be part of a dynamic environment, can develop strong relationships and work collaboratively with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.

Key accountabilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Overseeing, maintaining, and updating the Asset Management Function SharePoint Toolkits library including individual directories/ files.
- Sourcing and collecting precedent material for portfolio assets from Asset Management Teams for the library.
- Ongoing maintenance and update of Asset Management Function SharePoint Toolkit databases, identifying technological improvements to manage data more efficiently.
- Producing competency matrix assessment toolkits/ information guides for portfolio assets.
- Maintaining and updating policies, standards, frameworks to comply with current practices & regulations.
- Responding to adhoc information requests and where required, conduct research to identify best practice templates/ toolkits.

**About You**:
Being a highly organised person with strong attention to detail and an ability to think on your feet, be proactive and seek out operational excellence will be highly advantageous.

You will also present with:

- Undergraduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience working in the private sector preferably in an operational business with a medium - large workforce.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with high degree of EQ.
- Demonstrated ability to foster a variety of diverse internal and external relationships to manage expectations.
- Influencing skills, accompanied by patience, persistence, and resilience.
- A creative mindset; proactively identifying opportunities to do things differently.
- Self-starter with exceptional organisational, planning, and time management skills.
