What this opportunity involves:

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing & Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic Capital Markets team in Victoria. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to accelerate their career. As part of our marketing & operations team, you will play a crucial role in the preparation and execution of end-to-end commercial sales campaigns.

An overview of the role:

  • Assist the Senior Marketing & Operations Manager in coordinating and delivering comprehensive campaign and marketing materials for all sales campaigns.
  • Coordinate submissions and pitch documents, marketing schedules, agency agreements, campaign calendars, and campaign collateral.
  • Manage the creation and maintenance of the team's opportunities in CapForce.
  • Oversee the maintenance and utilization of the team's database within the business CRM and other platforms.
  • Prepare post-sale items such as signage, online listings, EDMs, flyer mailouts, and client gifts.
  • Collaborate with sales agents and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns.
  • Take on additional administrative tasks including printing and binding, booking meeting rooms, and preparing calendar invitations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of full-time work experience, with preference given to candidates who have experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in InDesign will be considered favourably.
  • Proactive work style with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
