**THE FIRM**
2 highly regarded law firms are seeking a Facilities Assistant to join their Business Services Team. Both firms pride themselves on ensuring an exceptional client base and outstanding work culture. A supportive environment is encourged by both firms to ensure growth and development.

**THE ROLE**
These roles will be supporting the wider Operations team. Your core responsibilities will include:

- Arrange and organise mail, couriers and extra filing
- Supporting the office operations by completing tasks in a timely & efficient manner
- Arrange maintenance requests, liaise with contractors
- Assist with movement of furniture & relocations
- Court filing
- Order office supplies & maintain stationery
- Coordinate invoice payments
- Cover Reception desk & coordinate meeting room requests
- General admin duties

**ABOUT YOU**
You must have experience in a corporate/professional setting in a similar role. You will also possess the following characteristics:

- Excellent judgement and use of initiative
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work under pressure, in fast-paced environments and be able to prioritise urgency of work
- Professional presentation
- Reliable & punctual
