**Overview**

The **Women’s & Children’s Health Network** provides state of the art health care for women, babies, children and young people across South Australia. We are the state’s leading provider of specialist care for children with acute and chronic conditions as well as being SA’s largest maternity and obstetric service.

Our community-based services also reach hundreds of thousands of babies, children and young people, their families and communities across South Australia through our various services and programs in areas such as our Mental Health, Child & Family Health services, Youth Health and Aboriginal Health services.

**The Opportunity**

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Metropolitan Youth Health (MYH) team as an **Administration Officer** on an **Ongoing/ Permanent Full Time **basis.

As the Administration Officer you will be responsible for:
> Providing responsive reception and administrative services, support and advice to support the work of the Clinical Team Leader and site staff.

> Undertaking the processing and maintenance of site data and associated records, MYH client management systems, financial, HR and purchasing administrative functions

> Providing a flexible autonomous approach to work using initiative and the ability to prioritise competing workload demands

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have:
> Demonstrated ability to manage timeframes effectively and prioritise competing workload demands

> Knowledge of administrative processes and systems associated with the provision of quality customer services

> Demonstrated experience in the provision of a reception and administration service

> Demonstrated experience in the use of office equipment and the Microsoft Office Suite: Internet, Outlook, Word and Excel to an advanced level
