Clark Equipment Sales Pty Ltd is a leading distributor of Construction Equipment & Materials Handling offering brands including Bobcat, Develon, Omega and Clark,. We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced leader to the position of Service Manager - QLD.

Reporting to the Operation Manager, this position plans, coordinates and implements key operational strategies across our service department business unit to ensure continued service sales growth, efficient management of operations whilst effectively engaging department personnel with a view to attract and retain quality employees.

With a prime focus on quality customer service, the Service Manager will drive our market strategies in Queensland and ultimately, increase profitability and enhance the customer experience.

**Key criteria**:

- Mechanical qualifications and extensive trade background
- Experience working with Materials Handling and Construction Equipment will be an advantage
- Strong leadership and management qualities
- Strong business acumen
- Strong customer relationship skills and aftermarket experience delivery
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strategic planning and stakeholder engagement skills
- Competency with using the Microsoft Office suite
- A focus on quality and OH&S practices
