Aussie Caravan is looking for a friendly and family-oriented individual to join our team at a caravan restoration and protection workshop.

As a Workshop Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to families looking to restore and protect their beloved caravans.

Workshop Associate Responsibilities:

Connect with customers:
Engage with families both in person and over the phone, providing warm and welcoming assistance. Understand their unique needs, address their inquiries, and offer suitable solutions tailored to their family's requirements.

Organize inspections at the workshop:

Arrange and schedule appointments for families to bring their caravans or motorhomes to the workshop for inspections and assessments.

Ensure an efficient and convenient scheduling process, considering the needs and availability of families.

Upsell customers:

Identify opportunities to offer additional services or products that enhance the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of families during their caravan trips.

Provide detailed explanations of available options and how they can benefit the entire family.

Call leads:

Reach out to potential customers who have expressed interest in our services, showcasing the family-friendly aspects of our workshop.

Provide further information, answer questions, and guide them through the sales process with a focus on meeting the specific needs of their family.


Answer the phone:
Professionally handle incoming calls, ensuring a friendly and accommodating tone.

Address customer inquiries promptly, schedule appointments, and provide accurate information about our services, focusing on the family-friendly environment we offer.


Follow up leads:
Maintain regular communication with leads and prospective customers, keeping their family's needs in mind.

Follow up on previous conversations, provide additional details, and address any concerns or questions they may have, ensuring a supportive and family-centric approach.


  • Organize caravan or motorhome drop-offs and pick-ups: Coordinate the logistics of caravan or motorhome drop-offs and pick-ups with families, considering their unique requirements and schedules. Ensure smooth and convenient transactions, paying attention to families' needs during the process.

Salary:
From $28.00 per hour
