This standalone role provides an exclusive opportunity to liaise with branch managers across multiple sites in Adelaide, Victoria, and Tasmania, offering mentorship and guidance. Your self-discipline, coupled with keen attention to detail, will be the bedrock ensuring the smooth implementation of our processes. In addition, your adeptness at managing workers' compensation claims, steering the rehabilitation process, and conducting comprehensive incident investigations will be invaluable in nurturing a culture of safety excellence.

**Role Located**: Campbellfield, Victoria (Relocation Package Provided)

**What we are looking for**:

- Minimum 3 years' workplace HSE experience
- Tertiary qualification in HSE
- Strong knowledge of OHS and Environmental legislation (multiple states preferred)
- Workers Compensation and Rehabilitation claims management experience
- Proficient in Safety Management & Environmental Systems
- Excellent organizational skills, deadline-driven
- Proactive in customer service/satisfaction
- Advanced Microsoft Suite proficiency
- Passionate about HSE and continuous improvement
- Motivated to engage teams and cultivate safety culture
