I am seeking an experienced Change Analyst for my client in Sydney to take up a 12 months contract with a view of extension.

**Your day at NTT**
- work closely with clients and the business to identify and analyse core business processes and workflows
- undertake detailed gap analyses to identify the level of business change and processes which will be introduced throughout the University
- review and analyse change tools and activities (including leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, and cultural assessment), ensuring they are relevant and up to date throughout the life of the program
- deliver effective change management aligned with the University's Organisational Change Management framework
- work with operational managers to develop and embed changes within the business, identifying what changes in process, procedures and practices are needed to achieve the desired result and deliver the planned benefits.

**What would make you a good fit for this role?**
- bachelor's degree - in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- advanced experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio. Comfortable with supporting tools, e.g. Jira, SharePoint
- experience and proven track record in the development and execution of organisational changes and a range of change management interventions
- excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with sound negotiating and conflict resolution skills and a demonstrated level of tact and discretion in dealing with a variety of matters
- strong time management and organisational skills and the ability to deliver according to project timeframes including high levels of autonomy, motivation, independence, and initiative.
