**Business Operations Advisor - Office of the Registrar General (ORG)**
- ** Salary range**:$106,025 - $117,363 per annum + superannuation

The Office of the Registrar General (ORG) is responsible for overseeing the integrity, security, availability, and performance of the NSW land title system. We maintain the policy and legislative framework for well-defined property rights in NSW. We are at the intersection of law, technology, and regulation. We are regulating title operations, digitalising the system, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the State cadastre while putting the customer at the centre of our decision making.

This role will be responsible for the provision of a range of business services which support the efficient and effective operation of ORG. The role supports all teams across ORG to achieve key objectives in a dynamic and complex operating environment.

We are looking for a person who can prioritise work to meet competing demands with conflicting and critical deadlines to maintain a high-quality output.

**This role will involve**:

- ** **Develop, implement, and monitor ORG’s communications strategies.
- Management of the ORG website as a single source of information for our customers
- Prepare quality presentations and communication material on behalf of ORG for public forums and key stakeholder meetings.
- Lead logistics for relevant ORG forums with industry peak bodies, interagency committees, and other relevant secretariat work.
- Undertake and support a range of operational activities, including governance, reporting and risk management.
- Prepare a range of quality documents including briefings, correspondence, submissions, status updates, discussion papers and reports.
- Monitor work volumes and ensure the delivery of outputs to agreed standards and timeframes, including setting priorities and reporting on progress.
- Lead the delivery of assigned projects and initiatives to meet business unit outcomes and priorities.
- Assist with ORG’s GIPA and privacy responsibilities.
- Assist with customer enquiries via ORG’s customer 1300 number and online customer enquiries.
