**Your new role**
The APS6 Records Manager is accountable under limited direction to perform complex work for the monitoring, coordination and ongoing management of the Agency’s Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS).
They will also be required to undertake the role of the document and records management advisor and helpdesk; administer the uploading review and registration processes of business documentation with the EDRMS; liaise with stakeholders to determine and implement the appropriate solution to their requirements, including security and classification requirements.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Taking responsibility to mitigate risks and initiate opportunities to continually improve efficiency and effectiveness of information and knowledge management.
- Conduct training on electronic document and records management for all new agency employees, also scheduling and delivering refresher courses to Agency staff.
- Define and update electronic records filing structures, records classifications and business and content rules.
- Review and assess daily reports for new entries, identify variances and liaise with users to cleanse and update their data entries.
**What you'll get in return**
You will get the opportunity to work in an exciting engagement with an 8-month initial contract and a potential 8-month extension.
