**You will**:

- Provide administrative support to Operations
- Stock ordering within budgets
- Generating purchase orders, sales quotes and sales orders
- Checking payroll entries against rosters
- Checking monthly P&L reports
- Develop and generate client monthly reports as required
- Ad Hoc duties as required

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
**About You**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Exceptional ability to prioritise workload and adapt to changing timelines
- High attention to detail, self-motivated and customer focused
- Intermediate level of computer literacy, particularly Word and Excel
