**About the job**
We are currently looking for a full-time Maintenance Officer - Dual Trade to join our fast-paced team based at our Lidcombe site working Monday to Friday.

In this role, duties can include:

- Supporting key functions;
- Complying with all site Quality & Safety policies and procedures;
- Actively working to achieving site KPI’s;
- Undertaking all site refrigeration and air-conditioning repairs, maintenance, and installation activities;
- Ensuring electrical preventative, corrective, compliance maintenance tasks on factory assets;
- Ensuring all equipment, spare parts and consumables are issued to work orders;
- Capture all work in the Maintenance Management System MEX;
- Maintaining and reviewing building ventilation systems and requirements;
- Electrical maintenance on factory assets & building as required; and
- Maintaining the BMS for refrigeration.

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will need:

- Electrical license;
- Refrigeration Air Condition licence (RAC);
- Industrial experience;
- Analytical thinking;
- Strong communication and decision making skills;
- Rights to work in Australia; and
- Successfully pass pre-employment medical and drug test.
