**About the job**:
***Duties**:

- Identify and pro-actively improve all planning and scheduling of maintenance task completion
- Build the newly sourced MEX - Maintenance planning system
- Closely work with the site maintenance employees to deliver maintenance aligned to operational requirements
- Engage with the maintenance teams to maintain plant maintenance history and records
- Asist in coaching and development of all maintenance employees in the use of systems and processes
- Continuously improve labour productivity and work quality as well as effectively manage all inventory and spare parts

***Skills & Experience**:

- Mechanical trade qualification on Fitting/Machining/Boilermaker/Industrial Electrical (desirable)
- 3 years experience in a similiar role (desirable)
- MEX experience (desirable), as well as SAP or other reputable CMMS system is essential
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to critically think and forward plan asset management activities
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
