Curtin University is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Events Coordinator to join our team, focusing on student recruitment events. In this role, you will support the Manager of Student Recruitment Events in the development, implementation, and project coordination of all student recruitment events - including Open Days for both Bentley and Kalgoorlie campuses, expos and info sessions targeting student recruitment. This position will involve coordination of events including strategy activation support, development of risk assessments, budget management and stakeholder liaison.

You will form part of a formidable and vibrant team, where you will not only excel but also have the chance to collaborate with the broader University Marketing team, enriching your skillset across the entire marketing process. **To be successful, you will have**:

- Relevant qualifications coupled with a minimum of **3 years experience** in large scale event coordination or equivalent combination of experience and training in a related field.
- Excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to develop effective relationships across all levels of an organisation.
- Proven project management skills, successfully planning and executing multiple creative events within tight timeframes and budget constraints.
- A valid Working with Children’s Check - **_essential requirement_**
