**About the Company**:
The company you will be working for is a small company that are looking to grow and establish new opportunities.
**The role**
As an RTO Administration Officer, you will assist with any student related matters, work alongside ASQA to provide administration support and ensuring compliance within the RTO.
**Tasks include**:
- General enrolments, resulting and certificate issuance.
- Raising invoices through aXcelerate and Xero
- Processing claims through CTF
- Processing training plans and completions via WAAMS
- Create and maintain student files in accordance with ASQA Compliance Guidelines
- Assist with administration processes/support
- Maintain all data entry to ensure records of course delivery, and course progression are all accurately and professionally documented
- Generate training plans
- Generating and distributing certificates and statements of attainment
**Experience Required**:
- Minimum of five years working in RTOs that deliver traineeship/apprenticeships
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of VET
- Familiar with aXcelerate online learning portal
- Knowledge and use of WAAMS, TAMS and DTWD funding
- Understanding of the construction industry is highly desirable
