**About the Role**

Aramex Australia has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced International Inbound Sales Manager. In this role, you will manage relationships with major clients or accounts that bring business from international markets into Australia. The primary responsibility is to develop and execute strategies to maintain and grow the business from these international accounts for Aramex Australia.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, including identifying new opportunities and developing pricing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Analyse sales data and account performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that the client's expectations and needs are consistently met.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Continuously review and improve processes and procedures to improve customer experience.

**To be successful in this role**:

- 5+ years’ sales experience, in account management, business development, and client relationship management.
- Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- International business experience: previous experience in international business can be beneficial. This includes experience working with clients or suppliers from different cultures, managing complex international supply chains, or navigating international regulations and compliance issues.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and serve their clients.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to build relationships, influence effectively, and present information clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Self-motivated, agile, and adept at problem solving.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse performance data, market and industry trends and identify actionable insights.
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID 19
- Must have full Australian working rights or visa
