**About the role**

Reporting into the Team Lead - Thoroughbred Operations, you will manage the end-to-end life cycle of our Thoroughbred Racing product. Tasks include form analysis, pricing markets, solving customer pain points, and working collaboratively with multiple teams across the business. Integrity, modesty, and collaboration are key values in the racing team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivery of our trading strategies and maintaining our KPI’s day-in-day-out
- Ability to solve day to day customer pain points and make correct conclusions from data for commercial & competitor analysis.
- Contribute to team direction via strategy and goals and continuously looking to improving the trading environment.

The Risk & Trading team in Melbourne adopt a flexible 5 day working week policy based on customer needs to ensure a great work-life balance for our staff. There is a requirement for weekend work, but shifts will generally fall between 8am - 11pm.

**About You**

We’re looking for enthusiastic, collaborative, and proactive people to assist in the running of our thoroughbred racing code:

- Understanding of Thoroughbred racing or wagering industry knowledge is highly regarded
- Able to stay focused under pressure
- Strong collaborator and excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Strong time management & organisational skills
