Job Description - Junior Analyst

This Junior Analyst role will work closely with the Australia team to assist in the current business needs.

Job Responsibilities - Junior Analyst

  • As a Junior Analyst, your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:_
  • Work closely with engineers, designers and product managers in the company to work across new features or products
  • Analyse and review document requirements
  • Writing use cases and building a product backlog (in partnership with their Architects, Engineers, and Product managers)
  • Process mapping
  • Documentation of standard operating procedures
  • Being organised & documenting tasks in collaboration technology for yourself and the team
  • Partnering with clients and writing user stories

Key Requirements - Junior Analyst

  • Educated with a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, Economics etc.
  • Keen interest and knowledge of FinTech
  • A basic understanding of Finance and/or banking terminology and the industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable working with data and analytics
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Work with ambiguity and complexity
  • High level of technical aptitude
  • Problemsolving mindset
  • A real team player and gogetter attitude is everything
  • Experience working in a startup highly desirable but not essential
  • Must be able to work flexibly to talk with the Aus, UK and US teams
